At Anat Furnitures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our return, refund, and exchange policy is designed to ensure a smooth process for all our modern furniture customers.
Eligibility for Returns
Initially, products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, modern furniture items must be unused, undamaged, and kept in their original packaging. Furthermore, a proof of purchase, such as an order ID or invoice, is required for all return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to accommodate our customers, certain items cannot be returned. Specifically, this includes:
- Customized or made-to-order modern furniture.
- Clearance sale or highly discounted items.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days. Subsequently, refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. However, please note that shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for eligible modern furniture pieces within 7 days of delivery. Nevertheless, an exchange is always subject to the availability of stock. If the requested product is unavailable, we will process a full refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your modern furniture order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing photos or videos. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for review: Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
- Logistics: Once approved, we will arrange a pick-up for large modern furniture items or provide specific return instructions.
