Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required for all return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or made-to-order furniture.
Clearance sale or discounted items.
Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange is subject to availability of stock.
If the requested product is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing photos/videos.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.
