Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

In such cases, customers may opt for a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Customized / Made-to-Order Products

Customized or special furniture orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.

These items are crafted specifically for you, hence we cannot accept cancellations.

Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
